Motivation, instruction, accountability, or a way through a plateau. A coach in your corner can see you through to your goal.
Sessions are one-on-one or in a small group, so you get a coach's full expertise pointed at your goals. Your coach sits down with you first to talk through what you want and what you need, then builds every session around it. No two are the same, and all of them are challenging and fun.
Personal training clients need a gym membership. The simplest option is the $40/month personal training membership, which gives you the gym for training between sessions.
Fill out the short request form and we'll match you with a coach. Tip: read up on everyone on the coaches page first.
Per session, by coach. Semi-private sessions are for two people training together.

A boxing gym is built on community, and this is the first place where I truly felt that community was the top priority. I worked with Carrie, and her instruction was nothing short of exceptional. Absolutely worth the drive up from Denver. Easily an 11/10.

Everyone starts at the Saturday noon intro class. Never thrown a punch? Perfect. We'll wrap your hands, show you a stance, and teach you the 1-2. Gloves are on us.
