Taking a break, or moving on? Monthly memberships can be frozen or cancelled with the form below.
30 days' notice required
- Cancellations take effect 30 days after we receive your notice. No exceptions.
- A freeze is $15 a month. Drop-in classes during a freeze month are $20.
- You'll choose a freeze start date and an end date on the form.
